​PreLuxxe curates custom outdoor luxury experiences. Due to the nature of event preparation, inventory allocation, staffing, and scheduling, the following policy applies:

Deposits

All bookings require a non-refundable deposit to secure your date and time. Deposits compensate for planning, preparation, and reserved inventory.

Cancellations

• Cancellations made 72+ hours before the scheduled experience may be eligible for rescheduling credit.
• Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled time are non-refundable.

​

Weather Rescheduling

PreLuxxe closely monitors weather conditions.

• Light rain, brief showers, cooler temperatures, or mild wind do not qualify for cancellation.
• Heavy rain, unsafe wind conditions, or severe weather may result in a reschedule at no additional cost.
• Final weather decisions are made on the day of the experience prioritizing safety and guest comfort.

No Shows

Failure to arrive at the scheduled time without communication will result in forfeiture of payment.

Extensions & Add-Ons

Extensions and add-ons are non-refundable once confirmed and paid.

Fulfillment Policy

PreLuxxe provides curated outdoor luxury picnic and cinema experiences in Miami Beach, Florida.

 

Service Delivery

• Experiences are delivered in person at the confirmed outdoor location.
• Setup occurs prior to your scheduled start time.
• Clients receive exclusive use of the setup for the reserved duration.
• Breakdown begins promptly at the scheduled end time unless an extension is purchased.

Timing

• Additional time must be requested at least one hour prior to the scheduled end time.
• Extension availability is not guaranteed and is subject to scheduling.

Weather Conditions

Experiences are weather dependent. Covered setups may allow continuation in light rain. Severe or unsafe weather may require rescheduling.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:
• Treat all items with care
• Supervise guests
• Follow beach and local regulations
• Use provided trash receptacles

Damages

Any damage, loss, theft, or excessive soiling beyond normal use may result in additional charges.

Assumption of Risk

PreLuxxe experiences take place outdoors. Clients acknowledge natural elements including sand, wind, weather changes, and public beach environments.

Liability

PreLuxxe LLC is not responsible for:
• Personal injury
• Lost or stolen personal belongings
• Actions of guests
• Weather changes
• Third-party interference

​

Alcohol Responsibility

Clients are solely responsible for alcohol consumption and ensuring all guests comply with local laws and age requirements.

Damages & Loss

Clients are financially responsible for:
• Broken décor
• Damaged furniture
• Stained linens beyond normal use
• Missing items

Replacement or cleaning fees may be charged to the payment method on file.

Forced cancellation:

PreLuxxe LLC is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events outside reasonable control including severe weather, government restrictions, or emergencies.

Payment

All services must be paid in full prior to the experience unless otherwise agreed in writing.
